This Privacy Policy explains how Harmont Intelligence LLC ("Harmont", "we", "us"), a Texas, USA limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information.
Harmont's flagship product is Pricing Beacon, an operational pricing intelligence system for multinational organizations. Harmont also operates Carmel Go, a courier-dispatch and AI agent platform, and uses an in-house AI assistant ("Guta") to help answer calls and chats on harmont.io itself. This policy covers:
Pricing Beacon is deployed as a dedicated instance per organization — your data lives in its own database, on its own infrastructure, and is never shared with any other tenant or customer. We collect:
Data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted or exported on request at offboarding, per the commercial agreement in place. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request for enterprise customers with their own compliance review process.

Carmel Go is a Harmont Intelligence LLC product with its own website, its own AI dispatch agent, and its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which govern how it collects and processes courier, rider, and end-customer data. At the Harmont Intelligence LLC level, note only that Carmel Go may use some of the same infrastructure providers and Twilio numbers referenced in Section 5, and that text messages it sends are covered by the SMS section below.
If you receive a text message from a Harmont-operated number (whether from Guta or from Carmel Go), you were given the opportunity to opt in — either verbally (e.g. during a phone call) or through a web form — before receiving messages. Message frequency is limited to messages related to your specific inquiry, order, or appointment. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out.
No mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only to deliver the messages described above.

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the business, operational, or legal purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@harmont.io. If your interaction was with Carmel Go, contact them directly per their own Privacy Policy, since they control that customer relationship.
