Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between Harmont Intelligence LLC, a Texas, USA limited liability company ("Harmont", "we", "us"), and you. By accessing or using Harmont's services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Harmont's flagship product is Pricing Beacon, an operational pricing intelligence system for multinational organizations, deployed as a dedicated instance per customer. Harmont also operates Carmel Go, a courier-dispatch and AI agent platform with its own Terms of Service governing that product specifically — this document covers Harmont Intelligence LLC as a whole; where Carmel Go has its own more specific terms, those control for that product. Harmont also uses an in-house AI assistant ("Guta") to help answer calls, chat, and messages on harmont.io itself.

2. Customer responsibilities

If you are a Pricing Beacon customer, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
The accuracy of the pricing, product, and market data your organization enters into the system.
Any decisions made using data or reports produced by the system.

If you interact with Guta on harmont.io, or with Carmel Go, please review the responsibilities and consent requirements (including SMS opt-in) described in the Privacy Policy and, for Carmel Go, its own Terms of Service linked above.

3. Availability

Harmont makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.

4. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, and content provided by Harmont remain the property of Harmont Intelligence LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. A customer's own business name, logo, and data remain their own property.

5. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmont is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including damages arising from an AI-generated response or summary. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
